DAKOTA DATA, INC. is an Oregon Corporation owned and operated by Robert A. Millard. It was founded in April 1990 and was incorporated in January 1996. Dakota Data is a consulting agency dedicated to the development of custom software for individual businesses.
Much of our work has centered around assisting Independent Physician Associations that have contracted with the Oregon Health Plan to meet their encounter contract obligations.
Our primary development tool is an advanced object-oriented 4GL language and DBMS called Visual DataFlex provided by Data Access WorldWide. Visual DataFlex is designed for developing database applications.
